Rental Application Process
Please be prepared to pay the non-refundable application fee of $50 per applicant. Application fee must be a money order or cashier’s check; no cash or personal checks.
In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification, your social security/Tax ID card and proof of income.
To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
*Felony convictions within the last 10 years, particularly drug, terrorism, prostitution, sex, weapons, and/or cruelty to animal related offenses as well as crimes against a person or property may be grounds for denial.
*Past or present registration as a “sex offender” may result in denial.

The application process takes 4-5 business days. Once the Review Committee meets and accepts or declines, you will receive a phone call or an email explaining the next steps.
