Housing is a basic human need. Having a home instills a sense of safety and security.
Our mission is to remain committed to all federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We will provide equal housing opportunities to all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin or any other protected category under federal, state or local law (including, where applicable, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, familial status, ancestry, and source of income) for buyers, sellers, real estate and non real estate community members and peers.
These fair housing procedures are not recommendations, this must be followed by everyone associated with the company.
Fair Housing Act
The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination by direct providers of housing as well as other entities like municipalities, banks, or other lending institutions and homeowners insurance companies.
KY Fair Housing Acts
The Kentucky Fair Housing Act provides equal opportunity to all who buy, sell, rent, finance or insure housing. It expands the real estate market by making all housing and property available to all Kentuckians.

We support inclusive state programs, communities, and health care meant to accomodate and help those with or at risk of disabilities.
