If you have any Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals, or Pets, Photo of Animal(s) and Vaccination Records must accompany this application.

Some properties/units do not allow Pets.  Ask office for details.

If a property does accept Pets, they must be under 25 lbs once fully grown. Some properties/units do not allow more than one (1) Pet.  No exceptions.

Certain dog “breed” Pets are not permitted based on company insurance policy.  (German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Boxers, etc. List posted in office.)  All SA, ESA and Pets must have Proof of animal vaccinations from vet’s office showing breed of animal and weight.  Tenant must carry Renter’s Insurance with Liability listing the following:  Tony Clark Realtors, LLC. d/b/a GAC Property Mgmt.

Pet “Fee” is a one-time fee that is non-refundable and equivalent to one month’s rent.  Pet “Rent” is a monthly expense added to Tenant Rent as long as animal(s) remains on property. (Ask Property Manager for prices. $35 – $60 monthly)

The application process takes 4-5 business days. Once the Review Committee meets and accepts or declines, you will receive a phone call or an email explaining the next steps.
