Steps to Earning an Kentucky Real Estate License
Step #1 – Complete and pass a state-approved 96-hour Broker pre-licensing course
Step #2 – Pass the Kentucky licensing exam
Step #3 – Affiliate with a Broker
Step #4 – Complete a state-approved 48-hour post-licensing continuing education (CE) within the first 2 years of your license issue date
Step #5 – Complete 6 hours of continuing education (CE) each year and renew your license each year
