Choosing the correct real estate agent to sell your home is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. It can be the difference between your home sitting on the market for months or selling quickly, for hundreds of thousands of dollars more.
Your home is a very personal, and valuable asset. It can be an emotional and complicated endeavor to sell it, especially in today’s challenging marketplace. It is natural to have questions, and your concerns will need to be answered and addressed. As a home owner, it is the advice and consultation that you receive which makes a tremendous difference in the results. Marketing and advertising, staging and remodeling, photography, internet exposure, staging, design, floor-plan measurements, videography, timing and presentation, inspections, pre-market exposure, agent outreach and relationships, virtual open houses, pricing, and dozens more seemingly small details can make the difference between failure and a successful sale.

What our clients say
My mother had to be placed in a nursing home and I had to sell her home in Owensboro. I live (out of area) which made my situation even more challenging. My wife and I drove to Owensboro to determine all the work in front of us and Angela met us at the house. She was prompt, courteous and full of information. The house had been left in disarray and we all agreed that it would take a lot of work to get it in the condition to list. There was a leak in the roof and she recommended a roofer who fixed the leak. It was going to take the disposal of a lot of things. Angela found a business that rented me a railcar size dumpster to handle the disposal. After the disposal was finished she found me a gentleman who pulled up and discarded damaged carpet revealing the old hardwood floors. She found me a Cleaning Company that cleaned up the entire house that made the house shine. It truly had not looked that good in years. I signed the listing agreement on April 14th and it closed on May 8th. As I mentioned this was brought on due to my mother being placed in a Nursing Home. She was a Medicaid Bed and they required the sale of the house. Angela did a Fair Market value analysis to submit to Medicaid. The analysis had a three page summary along with four comps, it was very detailed and similar to information you find in an appraisal. I was looking for a Realtor and I got an assistant who helped me get through this tough time. An assistant who did a lot of research to find me the skilled help that I desperately needed. I don’t know how I would have found these reputable businesses without Angela. They all did excellent work. If you are looking for a Realtor who doesn’t just list your house but provides you all kinds of additional assistance, Angela is the one. I would recommend her to family, friends and acquaintances. She truly made selling the house far easier than I ever imagined when we walked through the house at our first meeting. – RD Hartley
